DIRECT COMMUNICATION TO PARENTS FROM THE PRINCIPAL

Parents are requested not to enter class room to see their children or teachers during class hours without prior permission of the office .

Parents are required to inform the school if there is any change in their address and telephone numbers .

Leave for half – a – day should not be asked for , for security reasons . In emergency written permission must be taken from the class teacher .

Children when sick should not be sent to school .

Parents are required to co-operate with school in its attempt to help their children’s progress by paying attention to their regularity , punctuality , and discipline and take interest in their child’s work . They should check the diary every day and note the homework and other instructions given .

Students are advised not to bring valuable article e.g. expensive watch , fountain pen , transistor , CD , cell phones , pen drive , camera , calculator and Jewelry to school . In case of loss of valuables or other articles the authority will not be responsible .

Care must be taken of all the school property and if any damage is done a fine will be imposed for the offense .

The wards of those parents who avoid meeting the authorities , when advised to do so, may not be allowed to attend the class .

Parents are requested to personally see off and receive their ward at school / bus stops .

Parents must go through the school website , school calendar , data sheets and other circulars , before inquiries on the phone.
A. All students are expected to join the school on notified date at the beginning of the session .
B. Remedial action will be taken for those students who remain absent without the sanctioned leave .
C. Absence just before the vacation / break and immediately after the vacation/break is not encouraged . If absence is for more than six days it renders the students liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls .
D. It is compulsory for the student to complete 75% of attendance in the year to make him/her eligible to appear at the examination in each term.
E. No leave will be granted except on prior written application from parents / guardian for a valid reason only .
